The new moon is a powerful time for reflection, renewal, and planting the seeds of your deepest desires. As the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls wash over you, allow yourself to release what no longer serves you and invite in clarity, balance, and inspiration for the cycle ahead.
This morning session offers the perfect reset- gently aligning your mind, body, and spirit while embracing the peaceful energy of the new moon. Let’s come together in stillness, sound, and intention to step forward with renewed purpose.

Join us Saturday for a magical Full Moon Sound Bath at Bohemian Cove
The full moon’s radiant energy amplifies the healing vibrations of the crystal singing bowls, creating an ideal environment for intention setting and releasing what no longer serves you.
Yoga mats provided. Bring your blankets, pillows, or anything else to get nice and cozy while soaking up all the good vibes!

Full Moon Sound Bath, September 7th @ Bohemian Cove- 6:30pm
September 14th we are offering a day of immersive healing in Baton Rouge
Opening with group Yoga Nidra (guided meditation) with Sound and Reiki
Then personal sessions with each healer
60 minute massage with Victoria Redler of Massage Guru
Spiritual guidance session with dream interpretation by Tammy Zechman of #immersionretreatinterational
Personal 60 minute sound healing by Leigh Waters of Ekhos Sound Healing
Yummy food- lunch and lots of snacks included
It’s a day of cocooning ourselves in loving kindness, grounding into our worthiness to receive that which is for our best and greatest good.

Immersion Spa Day September 14th in Baton Rouge- 10:00am
Join Ekhos Sound Healing on Sunday, October 5th, for a special Kids Sound Bath- a playful and peaceful introduction to the healing power of sound. This 30-minute session is designed to help children unwind, reset, and connect through gentle vibrations and mindful listening.
Kids will also get a chance to play with and explore fun instruments like chimes and drums, encouraging curiosity and creativity in a calming environment. A perfect way to nurture mindfulness, relaxation, and joy!

Therapeutic Thursday, October 23rd @ Focus and Flow- 6:00pm
Step into a truly unique and immersive sound healing journey at Refuge Aerial, where the vibrations of crystal singing bowls will surround you as you float, cocooned in aerial silks. Nestled in weightless comfort, you'll be gently suspended above the ground, enveloped in soft fabric while soothing sounds and celestial lights transport you into deep relaxation. With the lights low and stars illuminating the space, the experience is pure magic - a chance to release, reset, and elevate your energy like never before.
Space is very limited for silk spots! When booking your spot, please select sling or floor. You do not need sling experience to choose the sling option - our instructors will assist you! For those who prefer to stay grounded, a limited number of spaces will be available at a discounted rate to enjoy the sound bath from a cozy yoga mat. Whether floating or resting, this one-of-a-kind session will leave you feeling deeply relaxed, aligned, and renewed.
