What do I bring?
Yoga mats and blankets will be provided. Please feel free to bring anything else to make your experience as comfortable as possible (pillows, bolsters, more blankets, eye mask, etc.)
What do I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to fully relax. Soft layers are a great choice, as your body temperature may fluctuate during the session. If the session is outdoors or in a cooler space, consider bringing socks and a cozy sweater to stay warm.
How long does a sound bath last?
Most sound bath sessions last between 45 minutes to 1 hour, allowing enough time for the body and mind to fully absorb the healing vibrations.
