Join Ekhos Sound Healing October 22nd for a Sound Bath- This immersive sound experience is designed to help participants release stress and recharge. As the soothing vibrations from the instruments fill the space, the mind is invited to quiet, the body to realign, and the nervous system to settle into balance. No prior experience is needed—simply come as you are and allow yourself to relax. Yoga mats provided, but feel free to bring any pillows and blankets to get nice and comfy. Most people leave feeling lighter, more centered, and renewed, making it a restorative pause from the pace of everyday life.
