Opening with a 15 min sound and 30 min Yoga Nidra (guided meditation with sound healing)
Then personal sessions with each healer
60 min massage with Victoria Redler of Massage Guru
Spiritual guidance session with dream interpretation by Tammy Zechman of #immersionretreatinterational
Personal 60 min sound healing by Leigh Waters of Ekhos Sound Healing
Yummy food- lunch and snacks included
It’s a day of cocooning ourselves in loving kindness, grounding into our worthiness to receive that which is for our best and greatest good.
10 am until 5 pm we gather together to nourish our body, mind and souls.
